Oolong Tea

Oolong is a special style of preparing Camellia Sinensis (tea) that undergoes more processing: fermentation, rolling, roasting etc to achieve the final product.
It may be highly oxidized and roasted (image on the left) or lightly oxidized with bruised leaves and typically grown on mountains (image on right).
There is so much that goes into producing an oolong style tea; further information will soon be provided on this page. Oolong tea more famously comes from China or Taiwan. High mountain oolong is very treasured in the tea community, as the flavours are far more rich and complex with many distinguishable flavour notes.
